Sophal Mar holds a master’s degree in management and has more than 20 years’ experience in project management, planning, monitoring and evaluation. He is currently in charge of Policies ad Legal Influences (PALI) program, aims to engage and influence global, regional and national laws and policies effecting the poor, indigenous, marginalized, and vulnerable groups and people.
