Sochoeun (Mr.) is pursuing a Ph.D degree with a strong inter personal skill and dedicate person, with nearly twenty years experiences of professional work in various project managements and researches with civil society organization, government and private sector on different areas such as governance and environment, livelihood and community development, and other capacity development and lecturer. He used to coordinate and conduct different research projects, coordination of network, organizing consultation workshop and other briefing workshop for better programming and policy development amongst CSOs, government, youth, and other stakeholders.
