The NGOF is a membership organization that builds NGO cooperation and capacity, supporting NGO networks and other civil society organizations to engage in policy dialogue, debate and advocacy.

នាថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នាទីរួមខេត្តកំពង់ចាម អង្គការគាំទ្រសហគមន៍ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច​ សហការជាមួយវេទិកានៃអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល ស្តីពីកម្ពុជា និងអង្គការដៃគូរផ្សេងទៀត បានរៀបចំ

សិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពី ដំណើរការចុះបញ្ជីដីសមូហភាពសហគមន៍ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច។

សិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ថ្នាក់ជាតិនេះមានការចូលរួមសហការពីក្រសូងជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធរួមមានក្រសួង អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ ក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ ក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ និងក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីអាជ្ញាធរ តំណាងសហគមន៍ អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល និងដៃគូម្ចាស់ជំនួយ សរុបចំនួន ១៥៨ នាក់ (ស្រី៣៧ នាក់)។

សមិទ្ធផលសម្រេចចេញពីខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង លទ្ធផលស្រាវជ្រាវ បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងសំណូមពរផ្សេងៗត្រូវបានលើកឡើងយកមកពិភាក្សាពាក់ព័ន្ធការចុះបញ្ជីដីសមូហភាពជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច។

លោកបណ្ឌិត ថុល ឌីណា នាយកគម្រោង LASEDIII នៃក្រសូងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ បានលើកឡើងពីការចុះបញ្ជីសហគមន៍កន្លងមកដែលជាលទ្ធផល ១៩៣សហគមន៍ទទួលបានការកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណពីក្រសួងអភិឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ១៥៣ សហគមន៍ទទួលស្គាល់ជានីតិបុគ្គលពីក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ និង៤៣ សហគមន៍បានទទួលស្គាល់ជាផ្លូវការពីក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី។​

សូមជម្រាបផងដែលថា លោកសឿង សារឿន នាយកប្រតិបត្តិ អង្គការវេទិកានៃអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល បាលជម្រុញអោយមានការគិតគូពីផែនការក្នុងការរៀបចំធនធាន និងគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍ទាំងនោះ បន្ថែមលើខ្លឹមសារនៃកិច្ចពីភាក្សានាពេលនេះ។

ជារួមខ្លឹមសារចេញពីការពិភាក្សា សំណូមពរ និងអនុសាសន៍ផ្សេងៗត្រូវបានចងក្រង និងរៀបចំជាខ្លឹមសារគន្លឹះសម្រាប់ដាក់ជូនថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសូងពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីបន្តពិភាក្សា និងចូលរួមដោះស្រាយ។

Cross Network Meeting on Strategy for Land and Natural Resource Conflict Resolution
On August 27-28, 2019 , the Community Legal Education Center and NGO Forum have organized Cross Network Meeting on Strategy for Land and Natural Resource Conflict Resolution at Soma Devi Hotel, Siem Reap Province. The purpose of reflection meeting were strengthening the cooperation of civil society networks, victim communities, citizen consultants and human rights defenders for the effectiveness of advocacy work in conflict resolution and governance of land and natural resources, and strengthening the capacity of affected communities and network members by sharing information, experiences and reflecting on activities and outcomes so that they have the power and confidence to discuss with authorities and other stakeholders for a fair solution. In addition to develop a joint strategic plan to implement, promote the resolution of the stalled dispute. There were 96 (22 female) participated. Mr. Ouk Vannara , Deputy Director of NGOF, was interested in the main activities of the NGOF, which consists of eight networks, including three major networks focusing on natural resources, including IPFN, LAHRIN, and CSOREED, 52-member IPFN. The LAHRIN Network has 64 members, the CSOREED network has three members working to improve people’s lives and land safety, and the NGOF The struggle with many national state institutions such as Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Land Management, Urbanization and NGO Forum joining the Ministry of Environment has put 60% of the input raised by the community into working Compiling environmental code, NGOF Deputy Director requested community to include investment plan in the commune with state budget up to USD 700,000 This is a chance for the community to its plans. Mr. Houn Chundy , Executive Director of Community Legal Education Center, said that there has recently been active advocacy by communities, including major land and natural resources issues, which have been poorly managed. It is not enough to make the community still suffering and accuse the poor, and the mission of the organization is complementary By working together as partner organizations to benefit the community from the development of the state, neither the community nor any organization and its mission is to help those vulnerable to development projects and Inappropriate Compensation Organizations have programs to help the community by strengthening their capacity and through their judicial defense. Keynote closing Program by Ms. Nhean Phoung Maly , Director of Women in Design in Siem Reap, said she was happy, we had the opportunity to meet here because we had the same problem in the jungle. Catch the same struggle, we hope that someday this voice and change we represent must be the people of the highest will, we need justice. We must stand up for justice and no one legal entities from us, we must demand justice by the legal policy of the state.

Staff of NGO Forum on Cambodia (NGOF) celebrated 107th International Women Day (IWD) 08 March 2018, This year our message aim at “We Promote Women Participation in National Policy Implementation”. On March 06, 2018, we visited Koh Chek Agriculture Cooperative (AC) which located in Koh Chek Village and commune, Peam Chor District, Prey Veng Province. The objectives of this year were: - learned about the significant changes to community’s livelihoods and women empowerment of Koh Chek AC; - celebrated and raised awareness of women rights and human rights among community and NGOF’s staff; - maintained good working environment of NGOF including team building and women empowerment; Connecting to the celebration of IWD 2018, in order giving thanks and appreciated, all the NGOF‘s male staff to provide gift to NGOF’s male staff.

111th International Women’s Day, March 08
Staff of the NGO Forum Cambodia (NGOF) organized the 111th International Women’s Day, March 8, 2022. This event aims for International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. This anniversary is always celebrated around the world in Cambodia this year under the theme “ Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow “. On March 07, 2022, NGOF’s staff organized a study visit to Trapeang Pika community forest in Ampil commune, Romeas Hek district, Svay Rieng Province to learn about the leadership of women in the community in the developed and conserved local natural resources. Ms. Mao Nil, the leader of the savings group, stated that the savings group community was established on December 16, 2021. At present, the Trapeang Chan Meanchey Village Savings Group has 35 members (28 women), 03 members committee (2 women). For these two months, the savings group has accumulated 70,000 Riels budget and can continue growth to 45 members. The main occupations to harvest the non-timber products (vegetable, fruits, mushrooms …) and community generate income from feeding fish, chickens and bees. Prey Chhol Trapeang Pikar Community President Mr. Touch Sreng described that the community has 400 families with an area of 444 hectares. The community was established in August 2003, twice elected by the community leaders: the first led by Mr. Van Wei and the second by himself. Community leaders urge stakeholders to assist them in their business ventures, maintain the market value of their products at a reasonable price, increase their source income for their traditional usage. Actively maintain, protect and preserve in the future. Finally, Dr. Tek Vannara, Executive Director of NGOF, would like to thank Mr. Ros Sam On, Acting Director of Santi Sena and his colleagues, and all the community for their warm welcome and welcome to our presence.
