Mr. Sambath is currently an Executive Director of Development and Partnership in Action (DPA). His background Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Science, Ulan Batar, Mongolia and Master of Public Administration and Policy, Western University. He has experience in natural resource management including communal land titling, community forestry, and extractive industry issues (social and environmental impacts from oil, gas and mining and management of revenue from oil, gas and mining and Right Based Approach, advocacy cycle design and advocacy strategies development
